3 Quick Ways to Make Money in a Recession

Since we're in a recession, every one is looking for quick ways to make money.

Get-rich-quick schemes are everywhere.

But if you're like most people, you're not concerned about getting rich, right now. And, the last thing you can afford is wasting money on get-rich-quick schemes.

You're just looking for some quick ways to get money.

I'm going to suggest several. The best scenario is to utilize one of these ways for quick money, but then repeat the process over-and-over for long term success.

1. Temp agencies. The great thing about temporary work is that you're not stuck in a job you might hate, but if you like the work, there is often an opportunity for permanent employment.

2. Foreclosed home clean-outs. Banks are inundated with foreclosed properties. Not only are these properties vacant, but they are usually loaded with junk from the prior residence. The carpets, counter tops and windows likely need cleaning. Yards are often overgrown and need maintenance. Banks can sell the home for several thousand dollars more when the property is cleaned. They will pay well for this service. You can charge $450 to $1,000 per home in some cases. Look for real estate agents who specialize in foreclosures. You can Google for names or call the local bank and ask for the person who handles the REOs (real estate owned).

3. Affiliate marketing. This is my favorite, and one of the least known methods by many. You essentially market other people's products online and get a commission for the sale. No inventory, no speaking to anyone. It's quick and easy. Just sit at your computer with a cup of coffee in the comfort of your own home. You place ads utilizing Google AdWords or utilize one of dozens of other online marketing techniques. You don't need any programming or special computer skills. If you can use Google, you can do this. For more information on this method, go to http://www.Successbios.com/MaverickMoneyMaker

Stay positive and focused in your efforts and you'll be quick to find ways to make some extra money in these challenging times. Seize an opportunity and keep the momentum going. Good luck.
